With the current rates in technological growth, humans will find themselves between a difficult state with no privacy or freedom of choice and reasoning (Rosen 50). The above factor is due to the ability to establish monitoring equipment that can tell the location of individuals and what they are doing at that particular time. Neuroscientists, Jones and Maoris, tells of a magnetic resonance imaging (M.R.I) technology that can scan individual memories and tell when one is truthful, or when one is lying. A technology that many lawyers and the prosecution rely on to justify their cases in courts. It help detect hidden bias and can picture images on individual brain. The MRI technology is designed in such a way that it can tell what someone is thinking about even if they deny it (Rosen 49). In an experiment, the technology accuracy proofed effective after individuals thinking coincided with the technologies images. However, critics are on record saying that the MRI technology is a threat to human privacy to the level that it can compel individual make unwilling remarks. It is also a threat in the legal system, since individuals who have mental problems skip the legal action; thus, the system is not considered to be preventive in nature (Rosen 49). In dawn of the M.R.I technology, the judges will find themselves in a nearly difficult position when making any future judgments. This relies on the claims that it is easier to challenge the jurist ruling on claims of biasness and even in some instances on discrimination
